TIVAR® ESD UHMW-PE / TIVAR® 1000 Antistatic UHMW-PE electro static dissipative, carbon-filled shapes protect against electrical charge build-up on wear surfaces. In addition to these characteristics, TIVAR® ESD UHMW-PE / TIVAR® 1000 Antistatic UHMW-PE components exhibit excellent corrosion resistance and zero moisture absorption in robotic and conveyor equipment parts that are especially sensitive to electrical charge build-up. For these reasons, this TIVAR® grade is often favored as a solution in chain guides, chute liners, guide rails, wear stripe, transfer plates, bearings, and assembly conveyor components.
