Ultra High Molecular Weight PolyethyleneTIVAR™ CleanStat EC FG (Food grade) UHMW-PE is electrically conductive and meets both EU and FDA compliance requirements for food contact applications. It provides clean surfaces and edges after machining, is laser-markable and has a surface resistivity of ≤ 10E4 Ohm/sq. It is also chemically resistant to a wide range of cleaning agents and attracts less dust than standard ESD materials, providing a cleaner work environment. The use of TIVAR™ CleanStat EC FG UHMW-PE is recommended for food and pharmaceutical packaging applications, sliding and gliding strips, manifolds, valves and conveyor stars.
