Ultra High Molecular Weight PolyethyleneTIVAR® CleanStat™ EC FG (Food grade) is an electrically conductive UHMW-PE that meets both EU and FDA compliance requirements for food contact applications. It provides clean surfaces and edges after machining, is laser-markable and has a surface resistivity of ≤ 10E4 Ohm/sq. It is also chemically resistant to a wide range of cleaning agents and attracts less dust than standard ESD materials, providing a cleaner work environment. The use of TIVAR® CleanStat™ EC FG is recommended for food and pharmaceutical packaging applications, sliding and gliding strips, manifolds, valves, and conveyor stars.
