Fluorosint™ 207 PTFE
Polytetrafluoroethylene
Fluorosint™ 207 PTFE is a food contact compliant grade of polytetrafluoroethylene with a unique combination of dimensional stability and creep resistance, exceptional sliding and wear properties and outstanding chemical and hydrolysis resistance. Possessing the lowest coefficient of friction of all Fluorosint™ materials, Fluorosint™ 207 PTFE shapes excel in food, pharmaceutical and chemical processing industries, especially for aggressive service bearing and bushing applications. It is also a preferred material for lower pressure seats and seals, where virgin PTFE fails and food contact compliance may be required.
