MultiQ®
Glass-reinforced sandwich panelsMultiQ® is a line of modular thermoplastic composites in panel form whose specific properties make them particularly suitable as an alternative to plywood in outdoor applications. Their sandwich panel form of MultiQ® composites gives them tremendous versatility, allowing for design freedom in wide-ranging applications.
Also available are MultiQ® Concrete and MultiQ® Impact, sandwich panels consisting of both a glass and polypropylene fiber core that is faced on both sides with a cover layer of high-strength, UV-resistant thermoplastic composite materials. The unique combination of multi-directional glass fibers in the core and cover layer fibers oriented in the direction of tension and compression results in a sandwich panel with incredibly high stiffness as well as a low weight per unit area.
- High stiffness with low weight per unit area
- No change in the mechanical values or dimensions when exposed to moisture
- UV-resistant and ideal for outdoor use in any weather
- Impact- and fracture-resistant even at low temperatures
- Can be worked like wood (nailed, drilled, sawn, screwed, milled, etc.)
- Durability and resistance to rot
- Simple to clean and repair
- Low transport costs
- Quick to install or remove
- 100% recyclable

MultiQ® Concrete GRP sandwich panels are used in the construction industry as moisture-resistant, durable formwork panels. The recyclable composite panels can be worked like plywood (i.e. nailed, sawn, and drilled without splintering) but exceeds the performance of plywood formwork due to its excellent mechanical properties.
MultiQ® Concrete exhibits high rigidity with a low weight per unit area and great resistance to weather and rot. It remains dimensionally stable even with prolonged exposure to moisture, and is also resistant to chemicals commonly present in construction sites. With a high quality concrete surface, this innovate composite panel exhibits a significantly longer service life and reduced cleaning needs compared to plywood.
